Debra Elliott

We had a very good experience with Carpet land. We were waited on right away in the store. A gentleman came to the house and measured. Our salesman got back to us quickly. We were scheduled soon after. George, the flooring installer was fantastic!!! Very nice, cleaned as he went, bent over backwards to please us. I would have given a 5 star rating but the carpet installer was rude and sarcastic. Thank heaven he wasn't there long.

Joe and his crew went above and beyond for me. I got into a messy situation with my builder but Joe redeemed the situation by accommodating my needs with the builder and it all worked out great. They installed an engineered hardwood throughout my condo, a vinyl product on my stairs, and Tribeca glazed porcelain tile in both bathrooms. I couldn't be happier with my floors. I would not hesitate to use carpetland for future projects.
