I am beyond irritated with this company. I say this with complete fairness. We paid to get a backsplash finished and not only did they order the wrong grout they didn’t order enough materials to complete the job. Secondly the service department who runs and deals with the contractors is poor. The contractor we used was great and he told us to our face he would be back on New Year’s Eve he gave us a specific day and sure enough he never shows and we call the service department and he sits there and lies to my wife and says that we heard wrong and she took the day off of work for them to finish and didn’t care at all and gave us an I’m sorry. We don’t want I’m sorry we want compensation for her taking the day off for this guy to show up and doesn’t. This is BS and I would never recommend this company. The guy who is in charge of the service department needs to be replaced because it is not hard to schedule and use a calendar. I am not entitled but we take priority because we paid our money for a job to get done and you have the contractor go to a different job when he didn’t finish our job. Third the communication is poor as well they had the material to finish and didn’t bother to tell the contractor. This is poor customer service and this is poor scheduling. Of my name was on the front of the building I’d have my thumb on every little thing. They don’t care about customers and they don’t care about people me time. I will never recommend this place and if I could give zero stars I would. Someone who knows how to schedule and manage jobs needs to be running the show.

Bryan is amazing to work with. He is patient with the process of making a huge decision of choosing flooring. He has excellent advice and is so easy to work with. The guys doing the carpet and tile in our home have been great. Chris (in the warehouse) has also been wonderful. Very professional from start to finish in the process of getting new flooring.

This was the third time we have dealt with Lonnie's.We have dealt with Bryan all three times as our sales person. We had no communication problems. When Josh and Jason came out to install the floor in our kitchen and laundry, we were able to discuss what pattern we wanted the floor laid before they began.They moved our appliances as well as removed the quarter round at the base board. When completed, we were happy with the outcome. Quarter round looked great, and the appliances were hooked back up and replaced. They were professional and answered any questions we had. Thanks Josh and Jason for the great install job!!!

We were looking for a remnant for our fire pit area. We wanted to add a top cap and corner piece to make our seating area pop!
I should mention, the fire pit was built by another company who did not offer granite options. From the moment we stepped into Lonnie's Stone Crafters we were impressed! David greeted us and walked us through the whole process. David took us through the showroom and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Next step their scheduler called and set up a time to measure and then offered a time to see the plans, and then scheduled an install date. All with one phone call! So efficient! The gentleman who measured was professional and even encouraged us with design. The installers were on time and did an excellent job! We love it! We were extremely impressed with Lonnie's. Their professionalism, their efficiency, the quality of their products and the quality of their work! Definitely recommend them and would use them again!
