Reviews commonly highlight friendly, attentive staff and useful help choosing materials. I recently stopped by Good Brothers Flooring without an appointment, and I was really impressed by how friendly and welcoming Tom, Greg and Randywere. Even though my visit was completely unplanned, they still took the time to talk with me, share their experience, and let me walk through their products and services with patience and professionalism.

You can really feel that these three brothers are building something solid with heart and vision. I truly believe Good Brothers Flooring will continue to grow bigger and stronger, and I hope more people with good taste and vision will recognize and appreciate what they are doing.

Thank you again, for being so kind during my unexpected visit. I’m excited to see where we’ll take the business in the future.

Have nothing but good things to say about Good Brothers. Greg was super helpful in helping me pick the right laminate. The crew (Randy, Ryan, and Lance) did an absolutely fantastic job installing my new floors. Everything was done perfectly. Can't think of one bad thing to say. Love my new floors.

Good Brothers Flooring Plus is REALLY GOOD! Initially, we ordered carpet from a well-known "shall not be named" local flooring company who were unable to obtain our carpet after 2 months, did not communicate with us, & finally said the carpet was being discontinued. We went to Good Brothers who took 8 days from the time we walked into the store until the carpet was installed in our house. Not only did they get us the carpet we originally ordered from the other store but got it in a higher grade and all for $900 less. The installers, Steve and Bob, were great and did not leave one mark or chip on my newly painted baseboards. Thank you, Tom and crew! You really are miracle workers!

We just moved and needed new carpet in the rooms and to order new laminate to arrive before the holidays. Even though their schedule was tight they got the carpet in right when we needed it done and it looks and feels amazing! We went with Dream Weaver Out of This World III Nebula. We were treated like family and will be recommending them to all our friends and family! Thank you Good Brothers!
(We aren’t fully moved in yet so pictures are minimal ??)

I am very sad to write this review. I had so much hope to finally have floors I could be proud of. When I first went to Good brothers I was told an approximate amount it would cost me to get my dream floor. I even gave floor plans and told them I had tile in bathrooms and hallway. I also had a time limit because I was moving into the home in about 6 weeks. They Said no problem. The cost of the project almost doubled but I was stuck because I had a timeline. They gave a discount but I had to use a bay area crew. Delays and being told the hall would cost me 400 more to level. It was not leveled, they used flooring to level it instead of plywood or leveler. I paid for a big bag of leveler and they used exactly two buckets. They took the rest of the huge bag with them and left a big dip in the floor. My home was filled with layers of dust in every corner and covered walls and windows filled all the vents. What a mess. They did not finish a closet that still has torn carpet in it and I have several spots where holes under the flooring caused by torn plywood were not filled and now are buckling. My mom has rolled her ankle going into the bathroom when it gave way. They told me don't worry about the holes you won't be able to tell once the floor is down. And now I have a huge section of flooring lifting in a big wave. I paid to have plywood put down in this room to maintain a good hard under floor. When I called to get help they wanted me to use the same person to fix it. It has been two months and still no repairs. Do not use them. You will regret it. Oh forgot. When they were installing my floor and the project manager came to the home because I complained about the huge dip in the hallway, I overheard the project manager and crew boss talking. The manger said, "don't worry i ordered allot of extra flooring so your wife will still get her rooms done" Then after the job was completed I kept 4 boxes and they took ten boxes of flooring back to the store. i was told at the time that he had called the manufacture and I would get a full refund of flooring I had used. I never knew if they had even brought all the flooring to the job site as they brought a few boxes each day. I had to complain for months to get any refund at all and I was only reimbursed half the cost of returned flooring after many excuses. Even after finally posting this review I still have not heard anything. Next stop is the BBB then look into the business and crew's license. Social media? Courts? I hate conflict but this is just not ok
