Neilson Fine Flooring provided us with an outstanding experience from our initial visit to the show room, to the installation of the flooring in our 2600 sq ft home. James and Alec were always available to us for any concerns or questions. The installation team, which is not a contract team but works for Neilson Fine Floors, were considerate and went above and beyond to accommodate us remaining in our home during the install. The flooring is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend them.
What a wonderful experience. James, the owner was fantastic at assisting us during the whole process. We ended up with the exact engineered hardwood flooring that we wanted. The Nielson flooring installation crew was incredible, they taped and sealed everything off to contain all of the dust during the demo process. What I personally noticed during the installation process, was that the flooring installers were a throwback to a time when skilled tradesman actually took pride in their craft. Their attention to detail and work ethic was refreshing. My wife and I are extremely picky and we realized early on, that we did not need to supervise this crew at all, we knew the job would be completed up to our expectations or beyond.
