Our experience with 916 Floors has been truly amazing. From selecting one of their exceptional carpets and pads to working with staff and installers I found the experience exceeded expectations. Our carpet selection proved immensely difficult for the installers due to pattern and color but they took their time and made sure texture, pattern and color all lined up at cut points. The 916 Flooring crew has helped us on numerous real estate listings for updated flooring and a personal install involving our parent's home (which was emotional and stressful). They are always professional, prompt with education, and show us all the options we have for orders vs. in-stock flooring options based on the needs of our clients (and without pressure or hard sales tactics). I am grateful for all of their help, expertise, managing expectations on quality of each product for the cost, and timelines for install. Last year we had new floors put in our new home. Working with Paul and Olga was the best! Their knowledge and expertise led us to choose the perfect flooring! We were so impressed that we returned to 916 Floors this year to replace our area rugs. Again, they went over and above! Rather than just have us order a specific size, they came to our home to help us measure and make the correct choices for the custom rugs for our two rooms. Olga provided us with tailored choices, and, again, helped us make the perfect choices. 916 Floors just installed luxury vinyl plank flooring in our entire 2500 sq ft house and we cannot say enough good things about them. They held our hands through the entire experience: selecting the flooring and doing everything possible when selecting from a sample to feel confident it would be the look we wanted; explaining their process thoroughly and then guiding us and maintaining close contact each step of the way. I had always intended to one day replace my carpets and work with 916 floors in the future, and then we had an unanticipated need to replace the carpet immediately in my daughters room. 916 floors was extremely responsive, and Paul, who is a very kind and honest person, came to our home to measure the rooms and provide quotes for different types of carpet.The need was for one room, but given how old our carpets were, we figured we may as well have the carpet in all 3 rooms replaced. Prices of material can be high these days, but thankfully 916 floors had in-stock options that were high quality and very fair in price. We worked with Julie to get more information about the in-stock options, and she was always very kind, pleasant, and helpful in acquiring the information.From there I was able to work with Paul and Julie to select the type of in-stock carpet and get the work scheduled. I was surprised how quickly they could schedule us to get our old carpet removed and have the new carpet installed.Communication was always very clear, and the installer, Joaquin, called to inform me that he was on his way and arrived at the scheduled time. Joaquin was very professional, and it was very apparent that he has been installing carpets for many years as we were very pleased with the install. He also did a fantastic job of communicating throughout the install, and did a great job cleaning up after he was complete.Overall, the job that Paul and his team did to replace our carpets went above and beyond our expectations, and I would highly recommend 916 floors to anyone looking to have carpet or hard floors replaced or installed!
