We had an outstanding experience with Granite Bay Flooring Company from start to finish. Our salesman, Jeremy, was incredibly helpful throughout the selection process. His expertise and patience made the decision-making process so much easier. The showroom is full of options, and Jeremy provided us with a wide variety of options and the pros and cons of each. We eventually narrowed down our selections and he provided us with some reasonable price quotes and samples to take home so we could feel confident that our final decision was the best one.The installer, Clayton, was equally impressive. He arrived on time and quickly began moving our heavy bedroom furniture out of the room. Clayton installed the carpet flawlessly and even made a thoughtful suggestion to place the seam under the bed, minimizing the wear area. The previous carpet, installed by another company, had the seam in the middle of the room, which wasn't ideal. Clayton's attention to detail shows in the completed installation, clean up and furniture replacement.We are beyond satisfied with both the results and the exceptional service. We just had our flooring replaced with Granite Bay Flooring. Couldn't be more thrilled with the results. We had 20 + years old tile and carpet removed in a 3500 sq ft home and replaced with the majority of hardwood with some carpet. . They promised two weeks and finished in a week and a half. Their crew is awesome, on time everyday, professional, neat and courteous. The whole process was great and would definitely recommend the company to anyone who is thinking about new flooring. Nancy at the store is the sweetest and so helpful. So glad we found them.
Absolutely fantastic service from Jim and Nancy again for flooring selection, measurment, and estimates. Visyl and his dream team installed gorgeous wood flooring (Symphony Leitmotif) in 3 rooms- they were on time, professional, meticulous, super clean, efficient, hardworking and kind. Jose and Jose refreshed the carpet on our stairs and also right on time, friendly, professionals delivering great results. Thank you Granite Bay Flooring for another great experience!!!
They did a beautiful and efficient job. Jim and the staff are kind and welcoming. They showed us multiple different granite options and were able to take a sample home to see if it matched. They worked well with us for such short notice. I recommend them for a good flooring experience.
