Great experience with Petty Family Floors! Our sunroom’s sub-floor rotted out prematurely, so we got that fixed under warranty. Then we needed new flooring, so I looked to find a reputable company. I found Petty Family Floors and began by contacting Sunni via email. Sunni was very helpful and provided suggestions. I was convinced we wanted something else, but after talking with Sunni we went with porcelain tile. We scheduled the install, but when the team saw the floor, they said they couldn’t put the floor in because the warranty work was missing key components. I appreciate the honesty and advice! I asked for a quote to fix the floor and I got a very reasonable price and approved. The team was able to come out the next day and two days later our beautiful floor was in! The work is amazing and we are very happy! Many thanks to everyone at Petty Family Floors! Highly recommend!
