Petty Family Floors

We highly recommend Petty Family Floors! We have used them twice for our home remodeling projects. Sunny Petty is always so nice and helpful allowing us to take samples home to help in the decision making process and arranging the details of our jobs. Her team of installers could not have been more professional and courteous during the install. We were impressed how well they worked together. I complimented them on a job well done and found out they have been working for the Petty family for many years. That says a lot about the reputation of the company. We are so pleased with the outcome of our tile floors and highly recommend Petty Family Floors to anyone! We know first hand that they truly care and want to make sure the job gets done right!!

Great experience with Petty Family Floors! Our sunroom’s sub-floor rotted out prematurely, so we got that fixed under warranty. Then we needed new flooring, so I looked to find a reputable company. I found Petty Family Floors and began by contacting Sunni via email. Sunni was very helpful and provided suggestions. I was convinced we wanted something else, but after talking with Sunni we went with porcelain tile. We scheduled the install, but when the team saw the floor, they said they couldn’t put the floor in because the warranty work was missing key components. I appreciate the honesty and advice! I asked for a quote to fix the floor and I got a very reasonable price and approved. The team was able to come out the next day and two days later our beautiful floor was in! The work is amazing and we are very happy! Many thanks to everyone at Petty Family Floors! Highly recommend!

We shopped and we found Petty Family Floors to be the most helpful and supportive. We were appreciative of the counsel on color coordination and complimentary floor material to match and contrast the floors and cabinets we currently have. The installers were professional and diligent workers, paying attention to each detail and cut of the tile. The results were the most pleasing we could have expected on our budget. We would highly recommend the counsel and services of this friendly and helpful business.

Sunni and Petty Family floors made our floor installation experience a delightful one. We never felt like just another customer and had lots of one on one time with Sunni as we worked through the process. Furthermore, the installation process was phenomenal and the team worked hard and with a detailed-oriented approach that was reflected in the finished product. We HIGHLY recommend Petty Family Floors!!!

I recently had Petty Family Floors install new flooring in MY home, and i couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, Sunny's communication was excellent. She was responsive, informative, and made sure we were comfortable with every step of the process. The installation itself was top-notch. The team was professional, efficient, and the quality of their work is truly impressive. Our new floors look absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend Petty Family Floors to anyone looking for high-quality flooring and exceptional customer service!"
