Radix Flooring

We had a fantastic experience working with Denis and his team at Radix Flooring. Denis was responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions, explain options, and ensure we felt confident in every decision. When a few issues were spotted along the way, they addressed them quickly and without hesitation. The team worked tirelessly to complete the project within a tight turnaround, and their efficiency never came at the expense of quality. What really stood out was their transparency and communication. We were kept informed every step of the way, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Denis and Radix Flooring to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking professionals who truly stand behind their work.

Radix Flooring did a great job with our tile, laminate, and carpet install! Dennis Dubinsky managed our project and was very professional from start to finish! From showing us the product, then working with us to reach a reasonable price, to the installation itself, Dennis and his team were top notch. We are glad we went with Radix Flooring and would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Radix Flooring for an estimate on flooring in my living room. Denis replied and came the same day and he measured my floor and gave me the most reasonable estimate. His estimate including the flooring I chose and well as the promise to move the heavy furniture as needed. When two employees arrived to perform the installation, they were professional, courteous and prompt. They did everything that Denis said they would do and the installation was perfect! I definitely recommend Radix Flooring to anyone looking for a honest and reasonable quote and choice of products and a beautiful installation. There were no false promises here. I absolutely love Radix Flooring. Attached are photos of the finished product/installation.

We talked to five different flooring companies and Denis was the only rep who could answer all of my questions and explain which flooring type would be the best for our house. Serge and Bogdan worked hard to get our installation done and the transformation was amazing!! Everyone who comes into our house compliments on how good the floor looks. It looks great and is easy to keep clean and we love it! Radix was the right choice.

I am extremely pleased with my Radix Flooring. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. The completed work exceeded my expectations; the craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. It is clear they take pride in their work and it shows in the final result. I highly recommend Radix Flooring to anyone looking for quality flooring and exceptional service.
