The quality of the flooring we received is far worse than what was advertised. After only two years, the floor is already starting to come apart in several places. The installation was poorly done—the subfloor wasn't leveled properly. We contacted the company repeatedly to find a solution, but we haven't heard back in months. Unstable service and workmanship. Absolutely avoid them.

We are very disappointed with our experience with Flordeco Saguenay. The installed flooring is of lower quality than promised and was poorly laid. In some places, the flooring is visibly undulating, and if I could attach a video, it would be even more obvious.Despite numerous follow-ups by phone calls and messages left by myself and my brother, the company never provided a concrete response or acknowledged our concerns. After some time, my brother stopped contacting them, realizing that our requests were not considered important.The flooring sags under the weight of an adult man, and the installation does not take into account the natural slope of an older house towards the drain. We expected professional service and quality materials, but we received the exact opposite. A frustrating and unprofessional experience from beginning to end.
