Bad service. I was told my linoleum was 12 feet long, but it turned out to be 13. I was charged, and my order wasn't ready when I arrived to pick it up. Finally, there was a shortage of linoleum. They delivered the missing linoleum two weeks later, and there was still more missing... I had to patch it up in my basement... it's normal. Next time, head to Reno Tapis, much simpler!

We had a turnkey plan drawn up by a competitor in Jonquière. But the plan and the prices didn't suit us at all, and there was no way to negotiate. When we went to Zone Decor, Martine offered us a new plan and good products. We took care of finding a contractor who charged a fair price. Martine reserved the bathtub and the materials for us while we found our contractor. The result is more than satisfactory. Thank you, Martine, for the service and the great ideas.
