Basye's Flooring Co just completed a hardwood flooring project for us. It was living room, dining room and kitchen with carpeting in the bedroom. We loved the quality of the products we selected. Everything from our sales experience with Matt, and Mary the office manager, to the excellent installation by Andy and Cory was more than we expected. This was a very high quality installation, down to the clean up and organizing before they left every night. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Planning on another project next year. We enjoyed working with Tom at Bayse’s Flooring. We had Coretec luxury vinyl planks installed on the entire second floor of our house. Andy and his crew did an amazing job and we are very pleased..After our contract was signed they promptly scheduled a date for installation.That date was not changed and they arrived specifically when they said they would. We would certainly recommend Bayse’s to our family and friends.

What does Basye's 60-day satisfaction guarantee cover?

The company says qualifying carpet and hard-surface flooring may be replaced for color or style concerns within 60 days after installation by an Abbey Carpet & Floor installer. Carpet is replaced with equal-value carpet from the same manufacturer; hard-surface replacement must be the same species and equal value from the same manufacturer, and only qualifying products from participating manufacturers are covered. Carpet installation and freight charges are not included.

What does Basye's carpet warranty require?

The company lists limited lifetime stain, soil and abrasive-wear warranties for Infinity, Alexander Smith, American Showcase, Pet Defense and Legendary Beauty carpets. Its coverage takes effect after applicable manufacturer and fiber-producer warranties expire, and maintaining coverage requires at least one professional cleaning every 18 months using products, equipment or systems carrying the Carpet & Rug Institute Seal of Approval.
