I was in a rough spot where the carpet we had picked from another company was back ordered but we needed our carpet to be installed within several days. I heard about Black’s Carpet Discount and went to check them out. Matt was so helpful and worked with us getting the carpet picked out, someone to come that day to measure and an installation time on the day needed. I will always go to Black’s Carpet Discount when I need carpet!! They made what started out as a very stressful day into one of hope and confidence.
Very pleased with our experience with Blacks. We were pulling up carpet in a basement room and replacing with a glue down vinyl. The sales team was helpful, friendly and not pushy. Once we decided on a product, it only took two weeks from ordering to installation. Looks great. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Dec 2025 install. Great experience, Blacks Carpet was awesome to work with! We worked with the salesman Eric, he took great care of us. Zero pressure to make a purchase and he took lots of time to answer questions. This also included him taking time to answer lots of follow-up questions via phone. From the time we visited the store, to install, was maybe 3 weeks. Our carpet was not in stock so it had to be ordered, as such we felt the turn time was excellent. We had quotes from other places and the install time was 8-10 weeks out, with carpet that was in-stock. The price was VERY competitive compared to our other quotes. Antonio was our installer and he was very professional and courteous. After his crew ripped out our old carpet, they kindly worked around me while I fixed some existing floor squeaks on the subfloor. In my experience most contract workers don't want you getting in their way. And I get it, b/c time is money. So I was very appreciative of his crew working around me. We were very happy with the carpet quality and the install. They had some tough cuts to make on our house and they did them very well. I highly recommend Blacks and will be back!
Very easy to shop. Had samples in store and was able to get different options to take back and view in the house. Ordering and pickup also seamless. Great customer service. Eric was very helpful. Explained how to measure the room and carpet came out perfect.
The whole team is awesome. Eric and crew are very knowledgeable and extremely great to work with. They take their time and make sure you get the exact product and color perfect for your space. Gus and the installation team did a phenomenal job. Check them out for yourself.
