And yes, completely free of charge."I explained the type of flooring I was interested in (LVP flooring) and the scope of the job. It's been over two days now and I haven't been contacted by anyone from Color Tile. Why would you provide a Free Estimate option on your website for people to fill out and then ignore it? I just don't get it???
We walked in and were warmly greeted. We picked out some tile and were told it would be about $800 for the install. We know the tile was $11/sf and we had 30 SF to cover, so the installation should have been about $1,200. We were told they would send an estimate broken down line-by-line in case we could do some work like either wall prep or grout (Easy stuff). We were ready to pull the trigger right then.However, a different person came out to measure, etc., then quoted us over $1,725!! The proposal was not a line-by-line proposal as we were told, it was lump sum. When I emailed them to ask a few question, like why so much? and Where's the line-by-line proposal, they flat out ghosted me. This was over 10 days ago now!We'll looking elsewhere, they are NOT people of their word. Too bad, they seemed like decent peeps.
Ordered linoleum for the laundry room. Not inexpensive! The installers arrived on time,but didn’t have the tools. Left until afternoon , finally finished at 7 pm.It looked good until closer inspection when I noticed a few areas didn’t adhere to the floor. I called Doug. He said “ easy fix I’ll send someone out ASAP” . No one called, no one came to fix it. I called Color Tile ,but Dough wasn’t in. Left a message haven’t heard from them since.I will not not use color tile again.
Love Andrea!! She's rad- down to earth and willing to help. She greeted us as soon as we came in, talked with us about what we were looking for and made great suggestions. She's a great employee to keep around-We'll be back for our next project! ??
Doug has been great to work with. We ordered a bunch of special order items and had some issues (some our fault, some theirs) with our order. Doug was very helpful in resolving these. We will certainly be back to order the materials needed to complete our house.
