Kyden did an awesome job helping me out, I was getting Upset because I thought my "online" order would be ready to pick up today but it was going to be 11 days out, He was able to switch the order around for the same product they had available in store And got me 46 out of the 48 boxes I needed and he even was able to save me some money with a better deal!!He did a great job keeping his cool and helping me out even when I was getting frustrated (And not being the nicest) great customer service skills!! Connor's expertise and courteous assistance only reason we switched to buying from you guys and not Depot. The duravana(sp?) is a tremendous product we would not have known about without Connor. On several repeated trips to get some extra floor or transition pieces the whole team, especially Kyden were always extremely attentive and courteous!
