I got NW TILE AND FLOORING company name from a close friend and they highly regarded thier work and professionalism as well as quality and integrity and theybsaid they are very reasonable usually all those components don't go together in one company from my past experience anyway. But I was willing to give these guys a shot. Boy, oh boy, was I please. I needed my shower done in my new home that my husband and I were building. We designed the shower, and with no problem, they were able to completely astound me with the quality of their work. Everything I wanted done, they did it!!! They even installed my own shower pan I purchased. The fact that they were willing to work with my materials and not try to convince me to buy theirs meant a lot. These guys are flexible and completely know how to work with their customers no matter what the project is. I felt this was a pretty modern shower design and may have costed way out of our budget. But they worked with us, and we were able to make this happen and reasonable as well. Thanks guys you rock!!!! NW tile is the best in the willamette valley without a dought

These guys deserve a 100 star rating in my book. Im a DIY'er. I usually do most of my own projects, but in this case this was my master shower in my brand new construction home.
I needed the best to do what I designed. This type of work was completely out of my wheelhouse, and I knew i needed expertise to make it the way I wanted it. These guys nailed it!!! This was the most perfect work I have ever seen in tiling, in any setting I have been in. From private homes to restaurants to high-end hotels like Hyatt Regency Hilton and Marriott, to name a few. My idea for my shower was very modern and robustly bespoke. I knew my design was going to be incredible so i started asking around from differnt contractor and from the 10 i spoke to half gave different names all big names and lacal and expensive but the other five all said the same name NW tile and flooring, I only trust from word of mouth. So I reached out to them, and we were sold. They gave me a great price very reasonable for this type of work. And I am over the top pleased with the final product. My shower is absolutely stunning, all the tile seams are flush, and smooth grout lines are tight and clean. The custom shower pan is solid clean and does not leak. I am blown away by their expertise and professionalism. Hands down the best tile and flooring company in salem. I highly recommend these guys for any type of flooring work. NW Tile and Flooring did an excellent job on our bathroom and laundry room remodel. We had extensive ant and plumbing damage. Alex and Roman came to the rescue! Their attention to detail, knowledge, and overall customer service made our project go from a disaster to gorgeous! Alex is a master of his craft and very handy with all types of work and Roman is coordinated and timely with improvements and seeing the project through. Highly recommend working with them and definitely will be referring them to friends in the future. If you're considering a tile project, pick these guys, you won't be disappointed!

I would like to say a huge thank you to Roman for completing an absolute masterpiece of a shower project in my bathroom. Again and again I’m satisfied with choosing a quality and highly reviewed contractor to do this job. Roman was courteous, punctual and highly professional in all his work. Just so you understand I have a steam shower, which is a shower system requiring sophisticated waterproofing, tile on the ceiling and a sitting bench. Thank you NW Tile and Flooring!
