We had a great experience with Western especially the service of Karalee. She was friendly and professional and went out of her way to provide excellent service. Highly recommend this company and its representative Karalee. The carpet and installation were excellent.

Our salesman Jacob is amazing! Honestly, the entire team is, installation has gone great and the floors are beautiful. We have used Jacob for multiple projects now, our first home for carpet and LVP, and now our second home for carpet and LVP. We’ve been very impressed with the quality and the communication that has occurred. We had a couple of minor issues and the team came back out and fixed them right away. I highly recommend using western wholesale, specifically Jacob. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and that was due to his responsiveness, kindness, and all the support along the way!

My most recent project was installing carpet in my new basement remodel. I came to the showroom with a specific vision in mind, and Jacob understood exactly what I was looking for. He patiently walked me through the entire showroom and helped me identify product samples that would achieve the look I was after while remaining well within my budget. During my time at the showroom, it was evident that Jacob is extremely knowledgeable of the products WWF offers. He took the time to help me understand the differences between the products and exactly what to expect with them. When I selected a product and it was time to measure the space in my home, Jacob set an appointment to come measure the very next day. He ordered the carpet promptly afterwards, and once it arrived, the installers were there within a day or two to install. They arrived exactly on time, worked quickly and with care, and installed a beautiful finished product! I highly recommend Western Wholesale Flooring!
