It did not matter how many messages I left via another employee. It did not matter how many texts I sent or how many voicemails I left. It did not matter when my husband and I went in and looked people in the eye and spoke words with our mouths aka communication. We dealt with both Steve and Karla and the results were always the same. Nothing happened. In the end we were left with a buckled floor and lots of empty promises.If you are not taking care of your customers then your competitor will. Thank goodness this is not the only flooring store in town!

They say their work is guaranteed but just try to get them to come back after you pay them. Always an excuse why they have to postpone. Just go anywhere else and save yourself the stress.
