Avoid bringing a load to this place they are horrible, they don’t care about how long it takes to unload your truck , they only have one guy here, and takes the customers orders first, so you will be sitting here for a long time, manager said customers are priority, it doesn’t matter how long it takes to get to your truck, don’t bring anything to this place, they don’t appreciate drivers
My go to place for the BEST FLOORING SUPPLIES. TOMAS WAITED ON ME THAT WAS AN AWESOME DUDE. Hes also bilingual. He is the hardest working FLOORING supply assistant manager in san antonio tx.
Horrible customer service skills. I parked in unmarked parking in front of this so called business. Immediately, two male employees ran out to indicate they "own" this parking area and this parking is for their customers only. The demanded I move or my truck would be towed. They did not even have any customers. If this is how they treat guests of the business center, I can only imagine how they treat customers who may have a customer service issue.
