Our experience with Wally's Carpet was great! The rep we worked with was Jake Rogers. He conducted our in home consultation, and managed the project through completion. We enjoyed working with him. He was responsive to any questions we had and made sure to follow up with anything that was pending. The vast selection and variety of products Wally's has is actually surprising compared to big box stores, at a competitive price point. We ended up going with a light colored laminate to replace the flooring that came with our house. It totally transformed the look! We'll definitely keep Wally's top of mind if we decide to do any more flooring projects in the future. Our only nitpick was that took the installer needed to make multiple trips to our house to finish minor touch ups. Other than that we were very happy with the customer service and quality of work.
My experience with Chris at Wally's Carpet and Tile of San Bernardino is that he is a very honest person that is on top of it. The installer was very knowledgeable with many years of experience!! The installation price was very reasonable and included moving some large pieces of furniture at no additional cost, unlike the big box stores. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again in the future!!
Attention to detail was amazing. I loved the quality installation of my porcelain tile (porcelain wood- look planks, 1800+ SQ feet). I have installed the same tile myself and feel I do a pretty good job ... This team exceeded my skills and what I expected. They finished on time. They finished according to the established budget. They were friendly and worked well with us. Our floors are beautiful and we appreciate the service. Of course, I do recommend them for a quality installation.I also hired this company to install my baseboards. I feel they did an excellent job.Thank you for a job well done. You get what you pay for ... However, their prices were very reasonable and competitive.
Communication was great! Kevin went above and beyond to keep us informed of the schedule and progress of the work. We had multiple jobs going at once and the transition was seamless. We had flooring and shower tile installed and Wally's tile installer Joey did a Phenomenal job with the layout and design! Thank you, thank you! Needed to replace our old carpet and wanted to find someone local. I found Wally's Carpet and Tile and stopped by to check them out. They were friendly and professional. Many choices of quality carpet. Installers were on time. They moved the heavy items we that could not move. All in all, a very professional installation well done!
