FACTORY DIRECT FLOOR STORE

Very happy we decided to step into FDFS for our laminate installation project in our home. The entire project went very smoothly starting with Bryan kindly and efficiently helping us with any questions without being pushy about anything. He got us in the schedule quickly and his installer Alfonso and crew was extremely professional about being on time every day, keeping us informed, and cleaning up at the end of each day. We were very impressed by their installation quality, working around the height differences with the doors, jams, baseboard, etc. to make it look seamless. Bryan came by during several days as the job was going on to make sure all was going well and to answer any questions. The other big factor was the price was decently lower than any of the other two options we had quoted, but not for lack of quality. Overall very satisfied with job of FDFS and highly recommend to anyone else considering a new floor.

This is our 3rd project with Brian and Factory Direct. We bought vinyl flooring and had it delivered to our house in Colorado. Showed local installer our materials bill, he was surprised at cost, much cheaper than he could provide ( over $1 per sq ft). Great product, great price! We're happy. Thank you Factory Direct.

I had a great experience with Factory Direct Floor Store. Bryan helped me pick flooring selections that were current, American made, and safe. He sent us samples to compare, and provide great customer service to help us choose and prepare. The team came in and did our whole house. It feels like we moved into a new home. Carpets look great... floors look great... and a great price. I can't figure out why anyone would give these guys less than 5 stars-- this team was very responsive and did outstanding work.

I've used Factory Direct flooring twice now for two separate projects, one in California and the second one in Colorado and both experiences have been outstanding. Their customer service is excellent—super responsive, helpful, and professional from start to finish. The turnaround time was quick, and they delivered exactly what was promised. On top of that, their pricing is the best I’ve found and the shipping out state was seamless. Great quality, great service, and overall excellence. Highly recommend!

I recently completed a full home flooring renovation with Factory Direct Floor Store, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Bryan and his installation team delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. The floors look absolutely incredible and have completely transformed our home! Throughout the process, Bryan and his team were professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. When a few unexpected challenges came up, they were proactive in recommending smart solutions and always kept me informed. Their communication and care made me feel at peace the entire time. The workmanship is top-notch, and their commitment to customer satisfaction really shows. I highly recommend Factory Direct Floor Store to anyone looking for high-quality flooring and a team that truly goes above and beyond.
