We own a 115 year old home with hardwood floors and old growth redwood trim on the main floor. When Ken came to give us an estimate on the floors we asked if he could also repair our redwood trim as it also needed help. He took on that job as well as the oak floors and the results are fantastic. Family dogs had seriously scratched some anreas and age and sunlight had affected other areas. After Ken and his crew sanded filled repaired and oiled our redwood it look almost brand new! And the oak floor refinish was also splendid. Ken really loves wood and is committed to doing the refinish right!

Ken and his team installed a new Brazilian Cheery floor in my home over 10 years ago and it is still looking beautiful. He even made a special custom heater vent return that no other company would do. I recently used another company that to add some additional floors to match those Ken installed after Ken said due to supply issues he could not get the same floors. I should have waited. The new floors have already warped and I was told the floor are inferior wood, not the same. I should have waited for Ken. I trust him.

Ken and his crew did a great job refinishing our wood floors on a tight deadline. I contacted Ken about refinishing our floors, and I told him I needed it done in the next few weeks. Ken was awesome! He gave me a quote and got his crew in within the week. We had some water damage in the kitchen that they were able to sand out. They also created custom wood pieces to give a slow rise between floors with slightly different heights (a project the original wood floor installer said was not possible). In the end, the floors looked brand new! We were exceedingly pleased with the result, price, and timeliness.Ken can be a little difficult to contact. I found that email worked best. But, honestly, any difficulty was well worth it; his price for quality work is unmatched.
