Great customer service! Huang was very lively and genuinely interested in helping us so patiently today and provided various options ,as each member of our family had different ideas of what good looks like. There was no hard or soft sales pressure which made us more inclined to purchase it from this shop even though we dont live in this area. We could not make the final choice today but plan to get the tiles from here especially considering the excellent customer service.

I decided to remodel my daughter’s bathroom and change our apartment floors. We knew all this work would take some time and where to begin? Oh well! We found this AMAZING! business online, with very good reviews and decided to give it a try!
On the first visit, the AWESOME sales representative Hong, helped us on understanding the different types of floor products, we decided to go with GAIA BRAND - color Sawyer. It was an excellent choice, we really love our new floors!
On the second visit, another AMAZING sales presentation Kathy, helped us to purchase the bathroom fixtures and appliances!
Hong and Kathy did an amazing job, our daughter’s bathroom looks beautiful and she is so happy and excited about her new bathtub!
Customer service was EXCELLENT! always welcoming (we visited the store at least 10 times), always offered ice coffee (which is very delicious!) and we even got a tour around the store, we felt so lucky and had a great experience.
Overall, we strongly recommended to buy all your home remodeling products here! Q-Floors is a family business and we encourage everyone to use it; Hong and Kathy were so helpful and knowledgeable.
