This place is great! Will you find dirt cheap prices? No. But do they have competitive prices, quality materials, experienced installers and a smooth customer service experience from start to finish? ABSOLUTELY! Patti in particular was so easy to work with, accommodating, knowledgeable and passionate about what she does, she really was a joy! We did an add-on bonus room that had previously had gross, ancient carpet laid directly over a stamped concrete pad. The installer pulled everything out, cleaned and prepped it all and got the leveling compound done within about 4 hours on day one, leaving plenty of time for drying, and was back at my door at 8am sharp the next day to finish the job, which took about another 6 hours. 10 hours of work and the entire space has been transformed! My children love this new play space and I am confident this flooring will stand up to my doggy running back and forth from the house to the backyard. It looks great, it feels great, it SMELLS great (compared to my carpet, yikes!) and I’ve been over every inch of it and haven’t found a single flaw. If you need new flooring, this place is who you need to visit! Don’t bother trying to go with the cheap guys with low quality flooring. Just go with the best.

She is incredibly patient and really took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for. She didn't just try to sell us anything; she helped us find the perfect pieces that fit our style and our specific requirements. On top of her great service, she worked hard to get us the best price and stay within our budget. If you need new floors, I highly recommend asking for Patti!

We highly recommend The Floor Store! From the time we walked into the store, Gabby made it so easy to pick our flooring and sent us home with our top 3 samples to view in our home. She made it so clear to us, all that was involved and needed, as well as the cost. The team that came to measure was so professional, polite and answered all our questions so confidently. Dave was so thorough and prompt with all scheduling. We were so happy with how quickly our flooring arrived as well; so we didn't have to wait long at all, for our beautiful new floors! We were also so pleased with Ismael and the rest of our install crew...they were absolutely the best and so meticulous!!! Our family and friends just love our floors and the pristine install, including our new baseboards. We are so happy!!!
