We hired Floortex to replace our hardwood floor in a SF condo upon recommendation of our GC.We were very pleased with Michael Bates and Floortex, and would hire them again. Their pricing was fair, their quality was high, and their service was excellent. They had a wide range of excellent materials to choose from.Floortex was able to deliver level, even, smooth, beautiful floors when a prior contractor before them failed to do that. We met with Interior Architect Ann Roberts to help with the design and planning of our two bath remodels. As we do not know what we do not know, we were appreciative of Ann's extensive knowledge, experience, aesthetic and focus on detail. She was always a few steps ahead of us. Ann respected both our budget and time constraints and helped us create a space that gave us the look we were aiming for - with perhaps a few slight enhancements, that we would not have come up with on our own. We are extremely pleased with the entire process and outcome.
Ann at Floortex designed our kitchen and was absolutely great to work with. She blended style and function perfectly and made the space far more usable than I thought was possible. The kitchen was installed a couple months ago and we can't be happier. I would absolutely recommend them.

Great customer service. I am a local homeowner with limited experience in flooring but with a handymen disposition. The team here was able to guide me on repairing hardwood floor patches that were left open after a significant remodel where doors were moved in my house. They provided free hardwood scraps which were a perfect oak match to my floors. I was originally quoted $2,000 to patch my floors, but after Floortex' help I was able to finish the project myself for $27.
