I came to Warnike Carpet & Tile because I was having issues with my engineered hardwood floors that we had installed during our new build 8 years ago. From the first phone call with Chris, I knew I was in good hands. He immediately recommended an LVP from Canopy—his first and only suggestion—and now I understand why. It’s beautiful, durable, and exactly what we needed.Corey, the owner, personally came out to our home in Cleveland to do the measurements. He walked us through everything, made smart suggestions, and never once did we feel like we were being “sold” anything. It was relaxed, professional, and incredibly helpful.Then came Isiah and Eric, our installers—and let me just say, they were AMAZING. From start to finish, they treated our home like it was their own. They spent 5 days with us, removing the old flooring (over 2,000 sq. ft!) and installing the new floor along with new shoe mold throughout, and their craftsmanship was next-level. At the end of each day, they cleaned up thoroughly—like spotless. You wouldn’t even know work was being done. They were also extremely considerate of our space, making sure my wife and I (and our family) felt comfortable throughout the entire process.I honestly would not go anywhere else but Warnike. From beginning to end, this was an absolute 10/10 experience. If you're thinking about flooring—stop searching and call Warnike. You will not regret it.
My mother in law went in to pick out a countertop etc. we were told that day, we’d have a quote by end of day… no phone call. Then when we dropped off the samples, again we were told “no excuse other than being short staffed, we’ll call by end of day” … it’s been 5 days with no call for the quote. We went somewhere else and had countertops, tile and sink picked out, quoted and confirmed in 1 day. This was a smaller job but we were made to feel like it was an inconvenience because it wasn’t a full reno. Glad with being forced to choose another option and have been treated right since we walked in the door.
Pros: Customer service and friendliness.Cons: Products are moderately to very expensive. Spent several thousand on nearly a ton of tile and delivery was substantially extra. We had to find a truck and trailer to come and pick up everything. Sure would have been helpful to have the order delivered, especially after spending several thousand dollars on the order.
We are redoing our bathroom and they have a great selection of tiles to choose from. They were very accommodating to our toddler who requested trucks to be on their tv. I can’t wait to redo more rooms so we can go back!
Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful! Where do I start...carpet, vinyl flooring, or the most gorgeous granite I've ever seen? What a great group of professionals here. We were recommended to Warnike for the main benefit of having a "one-stop shop". We couldn't be happier with their service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Kudos to the entire Warnike Team!
