Several customers praise the finished wood floors, professional installation and attention to detail; one says the crew kept dust down. One customer reports that earlier timing commitments were broken, the project was delayed several times and staff from another company completed the work. They also say filler between floorboards broke down after a repair, the inspection happened four months later, a follow-up repair was not completed, and stain and damage remained on baseboards and the kitchen island.
Hubby and I are thrilled with our new hardwood floors! The team was professional, stayed on schedule, and the quality of the finish is outstanding. They even took extra care to keep the dust down during the process. Highly recommend.
