BuildDirect Wholesale Flooring - Sanford

I cannot say enough good things about Build Direct Wholesale Flooring! I have been working with one of their associates for over 7 months who has been a 5 STARS plus representative and his name is Jayce Leggett! I am a 1-time customer and my order was just a small order to supplement some tiles I had purchased almost 6 years ago, not from BuildDirect. The manufacturer who supplies this tile sent something that did not match, then sent another shipment that did not match, so I finally sent a sample of what I had ordered 6 years ago directly to the manufacture at the request of of BuildDirect.

This time the manufacturer ended up going silent, which would have been easy for BuildDirect to blame the manufacturer, but instead Jayce called me and refunded my purchase and informed me they would not be working with this manufacturer anymore but did not want to penalize me. To me this is EXCELLENT customer service in a time where customer service is unheard of!

During my time trying to get this correct, Jayce never let too much time lapse in between correspondence with the manufacturer and in the end did what was honorable to me the customer, who usually gets the short end of the deal on "middle man" transactions like these!

Nice job Jayce Leggett! You have won a customer for life for BuildDirect and you have proven yourself as an excellent representative for this company, to whom should be thankful to have you, and nice job BuildDirect for giving Jayce the tools and leeway to successfully represent your company and honor your customers so well!

BuildDirect is the only place I’ll go to for my flooring. They have a wide variety of selections and a great staff. Jayce and Matt in particular were very helpful in assisting me in choosing what would work best for me and my family. I’m very happy with my experience there.
