Ed and Diego are the best! Often what it comes down to is shopping around multiple places and when you find flooring you really like you tend to go with the showroom you found it in. But… beyond the product, service can be a crapshoot. Luckily we got the best price from the best guys! They went above and beyond at every turn to get us what we needed and make sure we were satisfied and taken care of. We live all the way up in Torrance but would make the drive back down if shopping another project—the selection, pricing, and service was that good. We HIGHLY recommend Flooring Discount Center!
We recently used FDC to install some new floors in our office in Tustin and I am incredibly happy we did so! Charles was my go to from the start, he was chose the specific floor for us without us even having to stop by. I let him know what we were looking for and he exceeded our expectations! Their teams customer service was fantastic and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. We are loving the look to our new office thanks to these floors! I am thrilled with my new vinyl plank floor and my experience with Flooring Discount Center. Edmon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs and taste, and made great recommendations. He gave me a good price, great advice, and was extremely easy to work with. The team that came to install were wonderful. They handled my furniture with care and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.
This is by far the best vendor I've ever worked with during any remodel. Not only is the quality of our new floor amazing, but the prices were very reasonable. The owner called me multiple times after I purchased to make sure everything was going well, see if I had any questions, ensure the floors were in good shape and to see if there was anything else he could help with. The owner also went out of his way to come to the store early a few times for us to pick up more material. I can't recommend these guys enough and will absolutely be using Flooring Discount Center for all of my flooring and tile needs moving forward. I wish I could give these guys 6 stars!
I am SO glad I went to FDC! This place has the best selection with good solid quality products, great competitive pricing, honest and fair, responsive and quick product delivery. We had a family friend installing otherwise I definitely had complete faith in quality work from Edmon. You will not go wrong by starting your flooring journey here. I had been very frustrated and unable to find the color and style I needed to be compatible with existing flooring. Flooring Discount made it easy! I am writing this review because I am truly excited to have found such a great company to work this! Good luck with your projects.
