Do not work with them. Suren who is the owner, has the worst attitude. He is bossy and aggressive. He has no sense of timeline. We have to call and text many many times to know what date and what time they can show up.
They finished our hardwood installation in July. One month later part of the installation started making cracking/clicking sound. We reached out to him again. Logan story short after so many calls and texts he responds back in October saying that he will send someone to fix it. Again no timeline. Following up again. One day he says I can come today or it goes to November. Unbelievable.
It is that you have to work with his timeline rather than working together to find a time that works for both of you.
This is not respectful or considerate. Forget about being customer centric.

Do not go with them. There are many floor installers out there who have the skills and a helping attitude. Suren is not one of them.

First, the consultation was easy—Suren, the owner, came out to assess the space, discussed my vision, and gave me a thorough breakdown of what to expect. He was super knowledgeable and helped me choose the right type of wood and finish for my style and budget.

The team arrived on time and was very respectful of my home. They covered all my furniture and took extra care to protect my walls and trim. The work was done quickly and with such precision—I was honestly impressed with how meticulous they were with every detail.

The new floors look absolutely stunning! The wood’s rich color and smooth finish have totally transformed my living space. It feels like a brand-new home, and the quality of the craftsmanship is top-notch. I also really appreciated that they cleaned up everything after finishing the job.

We are really happy with the results. They recommended good places to buy or which type of hardware or material will looks good and modern, like the taste and vision we had. The house looks modern and upscale now. The project was completed well before time. It was easy to communicate and keep up with the progress of the project. Suren is a problem solver and has good taste in what will look good and pushes for high standards. We would recommend him and his entire crew for any type of job.

My wife and I secured four bids to install Brazilian Cherry raw hardwood in two bedrooms, a home office, and a stairwell as well as refinishing a Rec Room and a hallway. Wow, did we ever make the right choice for our Saratoga hillside home! These guys delivered a gorgeous look to the house and did it with no hassles, very clear expectations and deliverables, for a very reasonable cost, and on-time as promised. The stairs are well constructed and visually, simply stunning.

This was a completely painless process working with a committed team of customer-focused artisans. Suren’s company is at the top of the list of all the home contracting firms I’ve worked with over the years when it comes to quality and complete customer satisfaction. Suren patiently answered every question I asked and addressed every detail associated with the finished product.
