After visiting multiple flooring stores and showrooms, my wife and I were left overwhelmed and underwhelmed: overwhelmed by the number of choices and underwhelmed by the help we received. We walked into VM Flooring already exhausted, unsure of what we wanted or what would even look good in our home. That changed the moment we met Jack and Chad, his knowledgeable and incredibly patient sales manager.We had our hearts set on a herringbone installation for our main living area, a beautiful but notoriously tricky pattern to execute. Instead of discouraging us, Jack embraced the challenge. He personally came to our home to assess the space and ensure his estimate was as accurate as possible, which showed his attention to detail and commitment to transparency.The project included nearly 900 sq ft of work, with around 500 sq ft of it being a laminate install in the hallway and bedrooms, while the remaining area was dedicated to the intricate herringbone pattern in the main living space. Jack’s crew, led by the exceptional Rafael, completed the entire job in just three days. That included demo, removing old particle board (which had been stapled in place), installing new plywood, and then the flooring itself.The results were nothing short of breathtaking, far beyond anything we had imagined. Every guest who walks into our home now is floored (pun intended!) by how stunning it looks. We ended up buying our flooring from VM Flooring because of Chad, even though we did find that floor elsewhere.He is extremely knowledgeable, patient in showing us all options to help us narrow together, and very nice and communicative during the ordering and delivery process. He also acted as my sounding board on how we should install the laminate flooring including the subfloor treatment needed etc. He also gave us a very good and competitive price!If you need flooring, just go to Chad!

He stopped by during the installation to make sure everything was being done correctly, and he followed up afterward to ensure I was completely satisfied. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the quality of the work and his customers’ experience.Anatoly (the lead installer), along with Sergey and Olexander, did an outstanding job. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were top-notch. They removed old carpet from the two bedrooms and installed beautiful luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout the bedrooms and living room, along with tile in the bathrooms. I wish I had taken a “before” photo—the transformation is incredible.
