Jocelyn is heaven sent! We needed a repair after my puppy chewed up an area of the carpet. She worked with me to get it done before Thanksgiving and communicated along the way when the sample piece was sent to her old address. I unfortunately didn’t save any of the leftovers from original placement(learned my lesson). Thank you for always going above and beyond for your customers ??
We couldnt be happier with our flooring and more importantly the staff at Floor Coverings International - Santa Clarita. They met with us and communicated with us every step of the way. They communicated not just via text messages but with phone calls, and personal home visits Their floor installers were on time and respectful or our home. They cleaned up after themselves. They cleaned up the area they worked in daily. Joyce and her expertise helped with identifying potential problems areas and offered remedies. Her professionalism & delightful personality was great! Annette helped with our tile. She did an onsite visit to ensure the floorers new exactly what need to get done. I highly recommend them for flooring. We love our new floors!
Jocelyn was AMAZING. She totally came through for us. She got our order (which was originally back order and kept getting pushed back) about 3-4 weeks early! She totally fought for us to get our order in time (actually, well in advance, which was extremely helpful) and we absolutely love our floors. Not to mention that I’ve been a mess during renovations, all over the place, and she was so patient throughout. Easy, friendly, professional, has GREAT products, and extremely reliable. Don’t even hesitate!
Jocelyn was SO ACCOMMODATING from day one. Our schedules are often chaotic, as my husband and I work full time and have two small children. The process from consultation to installation was easy, fast, and efficient. Jocelyn even arranged a ONE DAY weekend installation since we work from home Monday to Friday.
