They communicated not just via text messages but with phone calls, and personal home visits Their floor installers were on time and respectful or our home. They cleaned up after themselves. They cleaned up the area they worked in daily. Joyce and her expertise helped with identifying potential problems areas and offered remedies. Her professionalism & delightful personality was great! Annette helped with our tile. She did an onsite visit to ensure the floorers new exactly what need to get done. I highly recommend them for flooring. We love our new floors!

The process from consultation to installation was easy, fast, and efficient. Jocelyn even arranged a ONE DAY weekend installation since we work from home Monday to Friday.
