He was incredibly helpful and patient while I was deciding on a flooring color, taking the time to answer all my questions and offer thoughtful suggestions. I never felt rushed, and his guidance made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable. Once I finally decided on a color, my order arrived within just three days, which was an added bonus. I really appreciate his professionalism and support.
I cannot say enough good things about The Flooring Factory. Outstanding customer service. I have spoken with Andrew and Martin to order and resolve some questions, and they are knowledgeable and quick to respond. If you haven't watched their TikTok videos that Roger and Tony do to teach you about their flooring, you are missing out! I have yet to find another flooring company that educates customers the way they do from types of flooring to installation tips, tours of homes, pairing cabinets and countertops to go with the different styles. They educate you on how to choose the right floor and more! They even ship across the United States and stand by their floors. Thank you! I love my Plata Oak!
I was also showed and convinced the durability and quality of there product. The installers did a half ass job of completing the floors and baseboards. Left damaged boards they tried to blame me for until I provided pictures of proof. Costing me 2 days of working from home as I was working remotely, this careless installation turned off my internet, lost my job due to this.Less than three years out my vinal floors are chipping, cracking, pealing!After calling the office regarding their "25 year warranty" I am told they send out a "third party" they charge $400.00 just to come out!No thank you!Don't recommend this company or their word!
We purchased laminate flooring from Flooring Factory in Valencia about six months ago. During the sales process, I was told that the product was highly durable and resistant to almost everything — in fact, the sales team even demonstrated by scratching the sample with a sharp object to show it wouldn’t chip.Unfortunately, my experience after installation has been very different. Within just six months, there are visible chips in multiple areas of the floor. This is disappointing, especially since I chose this flooring specifically for its promised durability.I’m sharing this so others are aware that the real-life performance may not match the sales pitch or showroom demonstration. While the flooring may look good initially, in my experience it has not held up as advertised.
I started following Roger’s videos a year ago. We are very pleased with the flooring and the customer service. We had 3000 sqft of flooring shipped to Ohio. We choose Markham XL.
