Excellent carpet, excellent service, reliable people. Arrive on time and on schedule. These things are very important to me. Johanne guided us thru selection with expert knowledge, found the carpet we wanted, worked easily around some dipsy -doodles in our schedule. All the installation crews have worked for Alpine for a long time so knowledgeable people put the carpet in place. This is also very important to me. I really don’t like disturbance in my household and Alpine got me thru it as well as could ever be done by anyone.
Our HOA chose Alpine Carpet to replace some of the carpet in our condo. The install was a little sloppy, some of the edges do not look clean or line up nicely with the floorboards. Their installers also made a small gouge into one of our doors and Alpine danced around, ultimately just not doing anything about it and just hoping we go away, I guess. The carpet itself seems nice, the staff at Alpine were friendly when we talked to them, but not very satisfied with any of the results. I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Alpine did an fantastic job on my flooring project! Jani was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the get-go, helping me find the right flooring for my space, and didn't even break a sweat when I had a last-minute change to the project. Jani's crew of installers was highly professional and efficient, and I will absolutely be hiring them again for future projects.
