Kesly in the Santa Monica location made, what was an extremely stressful situation for myself and my partner, my experience actually pleasant with ease. She started by being patient and knowledgeable about guiding us through the selection process of endless choices with the coolest of temperament, worked within our budget with no attempt at up selling. When it came time to have the product delivered, Kesly was the liaison between myself (and I was dealing with a contractor who was dealing with the schedule of his tiling person) and the delivery company. I know I drove her bananas with all the questions and changes and changes. Did I mention there were charges to the delivery process. Kesly remained professional and she was kind, which helped alleviate my stress and anxiety throughout the nightmare of coordinating the delivery. Classic Tile and Flooring, Inc. is also a fantastic store in terms of having a good selection and having immediate availability of said choices. I found that quick availability of choices a critical component to reducing my stress in this renovation process. The company is very lucky to have Kesly because she has earned my trust and is why they are now my first choice for anything tile and floors related.

GO HERE and don't waste time elsewhere.
i suck at remembering to write reviews, but i just went through a month of tile-finding hell. I fell in love with a tile at another shop and ordered it through them but a week later they tell me it's not in stock. I went to Classic tile and they had it in stock!
Not only are they on top of their stock game with wonderful manufacturers, their shop is well organized and they are helpful but also don't rush or push. Thank you.
