What customers say

Customers praise the installation crews' professionalism and efficiency, with one describing a four-room-and-hallway job completed in two days. A customer also reports that a sealed, unused bucket was refused because its exterior was considered too dirty and an unused vinyl-plank pack could not be returned under a 250-square-foot minimum; the customer says the minimum and special-order restriction were not disclosed beforehand.

We decided to support local woman owned small business and loved that they have stellar reviews on google. However, after dealing with this business, I'm beginning to think some of the Google reviews are fake. We are not happy with their return policy. We will not be doing business with them in the future nor do we recommend doing business directly with them. I know they are a Costco vendor. We suggest going through the Costco route if you want to proceed (with caution). If something happens and you're not happy, you can always complain to Costco (which values your business more than these people). Buyer beware : 1. We bought 2 containers of roll cote ($375 each, which was $125 more than floor&Decor. Floor&dedor has it for $250 each) when we went to return one unused bucket, they refused to take it stating that the outside of the bucket is too dirty to take in. I didn't think it was too dirty bc when we received them, it was not spotless either. The container was sealed. 2. We bought mohawk lvp planks from them, and double checked to make sure they're returnable. They confirmed that they are. However, when my husband went to return a pack we didn't use, they said they cannot accept anything less than 250 sqft. They also state any special orders are not returnable. This information was not communicated with me prior. BOTTOM LINE: do business with big names like Costco or Home Depot if you like no hassle return policy.

Three experienced installers moved furniture, remediated old underfloor, and installed luxury vinyl flooring which replaced old damaged carpet. Very efficient installation. Completed four rooms and a hallway in two days.

From investment properties to your very own home. Thank you to Trini, Vanessa and their team for taking such great care of our families flooring needs.
