Floortex Design Abbey Floors of Santa Rosa

Henry at Floortex helped me with flooring on a whole house remodel. After his advice that my original selection wouldn’t be the best choice for the older home the floors were going in, Henry showed me multiple options in a similar color and in the budget I needed them to be in! Everything came in a timely manner with great communication and we’re so happy with the end result! I highly recommend working with Floortex on your next project!

Henry has always been very prompt to return calls, is easy to work with, and has a likable demeanor. He helps us work through the best solution for each project. We always call Henry for any flooring need we have with our property management business.

I’ve worked with Henry Rodriguez for quite a while now, and his level of service is outstanding. He consistently goes above and beyond to help me find the right flooring products for my projects. Henry not only knows his materials inside and out, but he also takes the time to understand exactly what my business needs and makes sure I get the best options available. He’s professional, reliable, and always quick to respond when I need support. Having a salesperson like Henry makes a huge difference in running my flooring business—I truly value his expertise and dedication. Not only is he a great salesman, but he is also a great person even just to know. ??????????

Henry was very personable and knew his stuff. He travels between the showrooms in San Francisco and Santa Rosa and yet was easy to make an appt and work with. He also worked hard to meet my deadlines which i really appreciated. And the showroom is well stocked with a wide variety of choices. He is my choice for the next time i need flooring!

Stephanie is very easy to work with. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable about all the product lines and explaining the difference between them. The best thing is that she listens and understands what we wanted! After selecting the floors, we had constant communication though out the process. We did not have to manage all the different schedules or people that are needed to demo and install. Her crews were on time and professional as well. Good job all around. I would highly recommend her, the product we choose, and the soup to nuts installation.
