Henry was very personable and knew his stuff. He travels between the showrooms in San Francisco and Santa Rosa and yet was easy to make an appt and work with. He also worked hard to meet my deadlines which i really appreciated. And the showroom is well stocked with a wide variety of choices. He is my choice for the next time i need flooring!
Stephanie is very easy to work with. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable about all the product lines and explaining the difference between them. The best thing is that she listens and understands what we wanted! After selecting the floors, we had constant communication though out the process. We did not have to manage all the different schedules or people that are needed to demo and install. Her crews were on time and professional as well. Good job all around. I would highly recommend her, the product we choose, and the soup to nuts installation.
