We have used Murnane Carpet & Floor for years, keeping our co-op's 27 units in good shape. A recent unexpected issue in one of our units made it necessary to replace all the flooring. Bob worked with us to come up with a plan that would be least disruptive to the residents and the crew managed to take care of it all in four days. This included shuffling around furniture as they went from room to room, moving appliances and even the toilet. From start to finish, the Murnane team were professional and helpful. They removed our old (dirty!) carpet and replaced with vinyl flooring. We are very happy with the results. Jeremy and his team did an excellent job! Linda helped out with the pattern selection - it works perfectly in our small apartment - makes it seem bigger! And when Bob came to measure our apartment, he was kind, professional, and thorough. We very much recommend their services.
