We needed to replace our 2nd floor carpet and used this company. Danielle in the front office was very helpful with information until a salesperson could meet with us. Breanne is very knowledgeable and had some helpful insight into options available. She came out and took very accurate measurements and emailed her bid and even a diagram of the carpet layout. Scheduling was fluid and they were able to install 2 weeks earlier than originally planned since we were leaving on a trip.On the day of installation, Ken and his crew were on time and got right to work. They moved furniture we were unable to and were very respectful of our house and contents. They finished in 1 day, but took care to do a very professional install. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for your flooring needs. We are a return customer and found them to again provide excellent service at a competitive price.
The woman on the phone was super nice and helpful, but the rug pads came in all the wrong sizes. I paid a premium expecting them to be pre-cut about an inch smaller (as promised), but ended up on my hands and knees trimming them myself — exactly what I was trying to avoid. If you’re charging top dollar, at least measure twice before rolling it up and shipping it out. Great service, but the execution got me unraveled ??
I had a great experience with World of Carpet! They first installed carpet in my office, and several months later I had them come back to do the rest of the rooms. They were professional from start to finish. When we noticed a padding discrepancy between the original and new installation, they quickly and easily resolved it without any hassle. The installers were all professional, did excellent work, and were very receptive to my feedback and requests during the process. They also moved my furniture at a very reasonable price and made sure everything was put back perfectly. I'm super happy with the results and highly recommend World of Carpet!
I had a very good experience with World Of Carpets. Tim, the sales person gave me a very fair price and treated me very well. I made so many changes to the order, but he kept up with them And never seem to fluster.The two gentlemen that installed the flooring were so professional and work seamlessly together. ( Turns out they were brothers )My floors were done in a day and they looked so good. It made a big difference in the room.
