I could go on and on about how pleased we are with the crew at Sacwal but I'll just say that we did shop around, and from finding the right tile to pricing to installation, Sacwal was consistently excellent. Some of the ways they stood out were small, but they were noticed. They communicated quickly and answered all of our questions in a straightforward way, they helped us keep the entire project on budget and as a result we have a floor we are thrilled with. We'd be happy to work with them again.
We had done a complete kitchen renovation and chose a backsplash that only Sacwal stocked. Many other contractors we asked stated that the marble tile backsplash we chose would be a very difficult installation. We decided to take a chance and have Sacwal do the installation. To say that it turned out better than anticipated is an understatement.From the beginning process Jamie was very patient and helpful in making sure enough product was ordered. He also was hands on in helping to make the best choice for grout colour and tile moulding.Chad was very meticulous and precise with his installation. It took a week of patience, precision planning, measuring, cutting and placement. He made sure the backsplash was perfect, as if he was installing it in his own home.Xander came a week later to clean and seal the marble backsplash.Everything is as it should be.We do not regret choosing Sacwal. We are grateful for the excellent service and installation we received.If we have a need for their services in the future, we will definitely consider using them again.Thank you to the hardworking and caring team.
