My basement recently flooded and I was working with insurance to get it fixed. Braid was in charge of the flooring part of the repair. My house is ancient, so we were afraid of what we might find under the floor.Once the old floor came out, we found it was pretty unlevel and the flooring we chose would likely warp if we went with it. Dale gave me a number of other options the scoop on how they would go in.Along the way a number of other unexpected ghosts showed up down there and Braid worked until they were exercised to my liking.Overall, it took longer than anticipated, but that's not what's important to me. What was important was the work being done properly and it certainly was.Thanks guys
Experience with this flooring company was appalling from start to finish. They made serious mistakes during the planning and installation process, failed to communicate clearly, and showed zero accountability when their errors caused major delays and costly rework. Despite acknowledging their missteps, they refused to take responsibility or offer a fair resolution.Their customer service was non-existent—calls went unanswered, meetings were canceled without notice, and we were constantly left in the dark. Promises were made, then walked back. We were misled, ignored, and ultimately abandoned mid-project with no explanation and no support.This company operates with a shocking lack of professionalism and integrity. Once they had our deposit, their concern for quality, service, and follow-through vanished. If you value honesty, reliability, and respect for your time and investment, look elsewhere.
I recently purchased my Mirage hardwood flooring from Braid. I am very satisfied with both the product and the service. Dale, the Design Consultant I worked with, was professional and easy to do business with. He was responsive to my communications and willing to work with me to address and resolve any issues. I will be placing an order for additional product very soon!!
We recently had the pleasure of working with Braid Flooring to remove and install new carpet in our 11 year old home.From start to finish, they were exceptional. We had gotten a few quotes prior to coming to Braid. We were not satisfied.We came into Braid Flooring and first met with Kim. She was fantastic in helping us pick out exactly what we wanted AND needed for our lifestyle. Kim also took the time to educate us about carpet and how to make ours last and look great as well.From there, Nicole took over and came out to do some measurements at our house. I was impressed with the professionalism and her laser.The other companies only used a measuring tape. Nicole said she liked to be exact. ?? She has said that our carpet install should only take 1 day AND we wouldn't have to take the baseboards off. This was heaven to our ears as we were dreading that part.Lastly Ray came and did the removal and install and was fantastic!! Professional, friendly, prompt and efficient, I can't say enough good things. They arrived at 8:30am, and left at 4:15. It was incredibly smooth which we appreciated so much!!We will highly recommend Braid Flooring to anyone looking for floor or window fashions.Thank you so much for the amazing experience working with the team from Braid!! We LOVE our new carpet!! ??
