Came in today walked out with a good deal the guy was helpful and the basement looks a lot better with some help from the family, can not emphasize on how good the price was also I was in and out in 15 minutes with 200 square feet on the roof of my vehicle
Almost at 5 years in a home we built in 2018. I would suggest looking elsewhere for flooring. We installed laminate in 70% of our main floor, and it's absolutely terrible. About 6 months in it started creaking. We had them come several times and the area rep as well for the brand. Everyone had a different excuse. At one point they were coming to add in transition strips between rooms to split up the flooring (2 years ago they came with the wrong color), no has been back and called us since. Nobody helped in the end and now today are floors are so loud when walking on they are unbearable. We have a 6 month old who wakes up whenever someone walks in our home. It's such a joke. Our 10lb dog is even able to make the floor creak... I would be embarrassed to work at a place like this that sells either junk or installs it wrong and then leaves you on your own with zero help. All of the flooring now needs to be changed because it gets worse every year. Something that should have lasted 20+ yrs.Also from day 1 we had to correct several times on the flooring we chose. I highly recommend Floor Covering Direct for all your flooring needs. My sales lady Sherry helped me to pick the perfect flooring for my kitchen, foyer, main bath, master bath, 3 bedrooms and the basement living room. The installers (Blaine & Rich) were neat, friendly, and professional. My plumber (Avery) was great. After my toilets were removed, it was discovered that my main bathroom toilet needed some extra TLC. Avery made sure to get the proper parts to take care of the problem properly. Every person I came in contact with to complete this major flooring project were wonderful to deal with and the price was competitive. They also installed my hardwood approximately 13 years ago and I still get compliments on it to this day!
