Georgia Floors Direct

Outstanding Experience with Georgia Floors; Gabe & Victor Were Excellent! We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Georgia Floors, especially Gabe and Victor. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. Gabe was attentive, patient, and made sure we understood every step of the process. He took the time to answer questions, helped us feel confident in our decisions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. That level of customer care is rare these days. Victor and the installation team were equally impressive. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail truly show in the final result. The flooring completely transformed our home; clean lines, beautiful installation, and everything completed with precision and care. They treated our home with respect, kept the workspace tidy, and worked efficiently while still maintaining high-quality standards. What stood out most was their professionalism and pride in their work. You can tell they genuinely care about delivering a beautiful finished product and making their customers happy. If you are considering new flooring, I highly recommend Georgia Floors. Gabe and Victor made what could have been a stressful project smooth, organized, and honestly enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

I purchased my new flooring from Georgia Floors Direct, and from the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Austin Smith. His knowledge and professionalism made me feel comfortable right away. He was friendly, attentive, and truly listened to all of my concerns about choosing the right flooring—something beautiful, durable, and natural-looking that would fit both my style and functional needs. Austin guided me to a Luxury Vinyl Laminate that checked every box, and I instantly fell in love with it. I did have one concern: I worried that the natural tones might be too dark. Austin thoughtfully mentioned that a local restaurant had the same flooring installed, so of course I went to see it for myself. He was absolutely right—the floors were stunning. Even in a high-traffic commercial setting, they looked brand new with no visible wear at all. I ended up eating lunch there that day, and it really was a great day overall. I found my dream flooring, met a new friend, and enjoyed a wonderful meal. ?????????? Five stars all the way! I highly recommend Georgia Floors Direct and cannot say enough good things about Austin Smith’s exceptional service.

This place, and these guys are amazing. Austin and Gabe made sure I was very well taken care of. They made sure I had everything I needed to complete my project and made sure that if they didn't have what I needed, that it was ordered and arrived in a timely manner. All the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful thank you for helping to make this a wonderful experience. I will post photos once the project is completed.

Gabe was my salesman who was a joy to work with. I purchased LVP flooring at a very reasonable price, and couldn’t be happier with the install team. They were professional, very friendly, a joy to work with and did a beautiful job on the install. I have already recommended Georgia Floors Direct to many of my friends and family,
