He was friendly, attentive, and truly listened to all of my concerns about choosing the right flooring—something beautiful, durable, and natural-looking that would fit both my style and functional needs.Austin guided me to a Luxury Vinyl Laminate that checked every box, and I instantly fell in love with it.I did have one concern: I worried that the natural tones might be too dark. Austin thoughtfully mentioned that a local restaurant had the same flooring installed, so of course I went to see it for myself. He was absolutely right—the floors were stunning. This place, and these guys are amazing. Austin and Gabe made sure I was very well taken care of. They made sure I had everything I needed to complete my project and made sure that if they didn't have what I needed, that it was ordered and arrived in a timely manner. All the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful thank you for helping to make this a wonderful experience. I will post photos once the project is completed.
Everyone at GA Floors direct was wonderful and made our experience easy and fast. We received excellent service ftom Austin and Gabe. The flooring selection was plentiful and great quality. All our questions were asked in a way we could not understand with no pressure to buy. The installer they suggested was very helpful and did a wonderful job.
