Ashlee, our salesperson, was phenomenal. She was informative and helpful, while being patient. The most challenging part was making a decision on which floor we wanted. Absolutely the best experience! From start to finish Keegan was professional knowledgeable and just made the purchasing experience easy and non stressful. The Installers were equally professional arrived on time and made recommendations to assure everything was perfect. Our floors are absolutely beautiful! We also appreciated them doing some light cleanup once the work was done. Highly recommend and will be using Kirkland Flooring for all our future projects.
We recently had our carpet installed by Kirkland’s! Not only do I give them 5 stars, I also give 2 thumbs up! Ashlee, and the entire team were extremely helpful from the first day that I walked into their showroom. I was encouraged to take samples home to see which carpet we liked most. What was more impressive, we have 3 small dogs and Ashlee recommended pet perfect… anyone with pets, I highly encourage to check this style out. We’ve had our carpets installed for 3 days and one of the dogs decided to test it. The urine sat on top of the carpet and did not sink into the fabric. It was very easy to clean, which was very pleasing to me.The installers were early and worked into the evening. They were careful and very detailed. True professionals! They explained the process of removing the previous carpet and allowed us to check the progress at anytime to see how everything was coming along.It’s been a long time since receiving service in our home that we were completely satisfied with. We recently had purchased and install our engineered hardwood thru Kirkland’s to match our existing wood. They were outstanding to work with. Simply phenomenal customer service, professional, communicative and they completed our project in the timeframe they stated, all before Christmas.The installers were terrific and Ashlee at Kirkland’s was amazing.
