C&H recently installed luxury vinyl flooring throughout my the first floor of my ranch home. Their work quality was superb, and the men were friendly and efficient. My only caveat was for the initial estimate for the work. I was not told that my 1949 might need testing for asbestos. Such testing delayed the work and resulted in some additional cost for abatement. In addition, further materials were needed for the baseboard and quarter board. For purposes of financial planning a more thorough estimate would definitely have been preferable!

Joe and his staff were professional and clean. They were handed a tricky job in an old house and they did a great job with leveling it the best they could. They were upfront about all the risks and very professional throughout the process. They were very respectful of our environment and left everything clean. Updated review-Quick summary-- C&H came out last year to do our flooring, and due to water damage discovery had to pause til this year. They allowed us to finish repairing our home and came back to finish the installation almost a year later.The initial visits and the "final" install wasn't quite up to what we both agreed was the standard we were looking for; Monica was of great help, pleasure to communciate with, and she arranged to send out their head installer Lucas to fix things up.I can gladly say that when Lucas finally left, after diligently correcting each mistake we complained about, the install is exactly what we expected the job to have been finished like, and despite this hurdle, are very happy with the finished product. Aside from this initial hurdle, this would have been a 5-star install. The flooring itself is gorgeous and definitely exactly what we were looking for. Thank you again Lucas, Monica and C&H!
I Was looking to complete my recently updated basement/hallway with carpeting on stairs/luxury vinyl planks over the concrete bsmt floor.We have had many contractors at our house since we moved in here last year and I have to say C and H installation group have been the best! Dealing with the C and H team of Monica, Kyle and Steven was an absolute pleasure-fair pricing/no games or surprises! All of the contractors were on-time, courteous, professional and we couldn’t be happier with the carpet in the hallway and the color/craftsmanship work with the planks! This wasn’t an easy job(70 yr old house) and your contractors really came through!Sooo happy I found your company!!! Will recommend to everyone I know interested in flooring from an upfront/honest company like C and H installation group! Thank you again!!!
