Nick the quick! Took 9 total days from initially reaching out to Nick until the completed install of our new carpet. Nick was easily available and easy to work with. Manny and his team were wonderful during the install. Couldn’t have gone better. Will be using SCV again.
Nick was wonderful to work with on our LVP flooring purchase and installation. He is a confident and trustworthy business owner who literally didn’t ask for a dime until the job was perfect and complete. He stands by the product he sells and also his team. Nick took the extra steps to communicate quickly and efficiently at every turn and also made sure to ensure our old horrible glued down flooring was demoed properly and subfloor/job-site prepped the way I wanted. Joaquin and the crew came early and stayed late to make sure the job was done quickly and seamlessly. We are so happy we selected SCV floorsmith for this difficult job, the end result is absolutely beautiful and updated the entire look of our home. Nick and Ray were amazing! Nick knew Exactly what we wanted and had great suggestions on wood vents and carpet runner for our stairs. Ww had a tight timeline to work with after closing on our new house and wanting our floors done first and it was a pretty big project but they were able to fit us in right away. We had the existing hardwood refinished and installed hard wood in the living dining room where there was carpet previously. Ray was prompt, detail oriented and very kind. The floors look amazing!

From the first call to the final result, everything was great.Nick was awesome when he came over for the initial appointment (on time and did not talk over me like the other flooring guys that had come by for a quote had done). He really listened to what I wanted and offered the right solution and best start time and quote for the job.When his team (Ray) showed up to do the work, they were right on time and super respectful of my home. They worked hard and made sure everything was done correctly. The floors look amazing, and you can't even tell where the old ones end and the new ones begin. They were even able to fix and match the old wall trim, seamlessly.Overall, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I'm so happy with how my floors turned out.
