Thank you Brynne and Sarah for excellent advice on choosing tile patterns and colors. Even the grout selection was fun. There are so many options and it's very helpful to bring tile samples home for comparison to my existing colors. I would definitely shop here again.

We have done business with Best Tile over the years. Last year, we undertook a partial kitchen remodel and that is when I met designer Brynne Higgins. We simply just “clicked” and I instantly felt the stress of this project wash away. Brynne is the perfect balance of artistry and practicality. She affirms your own choices while gently guiding you to hers. Together, we made fabulous choices.This year, with the prospect of a master bath remodel, it was a no-brainer to seek out Brynne’s support and expertise. Again, my experience was excellent and we are thrilled with the outcome. Walking into Best Tile in Albany is like walking into a dream, with almost infinite beautiful examples of tile, domestic and foreign, to choose from. With all these choices, an excellent designer is critical to help a customer avoid feeling overwhelmed. Brynne Higgins is such a design consultant, and I was extremely fortunate to find her. Brynne has excellent taste, a discriminating style, and a strong vision that truly help a confused customer. I was that customer, and she was a brilliant, kind, and talented guide for me. Though I was simply picking out tile for an accent wall over a stove, she gave me her undivided attention and full intelligence throughout the duration of the project, which included a special order and a long wait time. I’m extremely grateful to her strong vision and excellent taste. Besides all this, she is great fun to work with!

Brynne H. at Best Tile was such a big help and provided excellent customer service. When another sales rep was trying to help us but wasn't sure of how a product would look, Brynne came over and provided direction for the design. As a result, we love the countertops and backsplash she helped us choose. Brynne is an excellent designer. Best Tile has a large show room and a receptionist to greet you at the door. Entering the show room, getting the design completed, placing the order, and picking up the order was a very smooth experience. However, the pick up experience could be improved. Its a bit disconcerting going to the back of the store, not talking to anyone, then waiting for an unknown amount of time for the order to be brought out. No one told us the order had been placed on the loading dock while we were waiting in the car.

We worked with Olga whom had a deep interest in helping us to make tile selections for our master bath remodel that would work together rather than us selecting color/style combinations that we might regret in the future. Our remodel wound up being beautiful, at a great price, with no regrets! ??
