I had a great experience at Floor & Decor thanks to Kiko. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Kiko took the time to answer all my questions, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. His positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely committed to excellent customer service. I truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend asking for Kiko if you visit!
Went to find some porcelain tile and I was overwhelmed by the size of this place! Thank goodness for the help I received from everyone, ESPECIALLY Nicole!! She was so nice, friendly, and helpful!! Walked me to each area and helped me pick out everything I’d need!! So nice to find employees who actually care about their job and show up for customers when needed!! Big shout out to Nicole!! Returns were simple too! Highly recommend this store!
Traveled to Floor and Decor located at the Live Oak location and was immediately greeted and assisted. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to Naomi, Kyndra and Efrain. All were super knowledgeable, professional and assisted me with our tile needs. Definitely recommend this store for any flooring needs! Will return!
First trip (1/31/26) Diane was at the register (1027802610714317) and very helpful. I purchased two 16x24 travertine tiles to use as pool coping and confirmed they had well over 700 in stock. Just not on the floor. The shelf was empty.Second trip (2/9/26) I ran into Jaime by the front door and he was very helpful getting a pallet of the travertine put out as I explained I would be returning two more times to get a total of 60 tiles. I was able to sift through the tiles with assistance since I’m using it for pool coping so it couldn’t have a lot of holes - uneven spots. Two other people assisted me that day, I apologize for not getting their names. Again, very helpful. (1027801610803298)Third trip (2/10/26) Marianne assisted me with going through the tiles and finding another 20 for me to purchase. She and Serenity helped me out to the car. (1027801610813362) Again, very helpful.Final trip (2/12/26), they were kind enough to recognize me and let me know they needed to turn the pallet around since I had filtered through the first side of the pallet. This time I went through them myself and only found 16. When I asked if they would bring in another pallet they said no. I explained why I couldn’t use the ones left but they refused. (1027801610813362) I asked if I needed to take a trip to the floor & decor by the airport and they said yes. I’m not sure what happened to customer service. This last trip was not a good experience and had it been my first trip there it would have been my last.
All floor and decors I have been to I have experienced consistent good and helpful service. This location was not helpful and that was the same experience with 3 associates I interacted with during my visit. The young man at the counter said "it's cause we are busy" that is not a response a customer should hear. I ended up going to get the rest of what I needed at another location and in speaking to them they stated that they hear this type of feedback from other customers regarding this store, they apologized for the experience and helped me. This store leaves you to fend for yourself.
