Right from the get go, Floor Source was fantastic. When we went into the showroom, Daniel helped us and answered all of our questions and give us great advice. He was not pushy or in our faces and gave us our space to wander around and look at what we wanted. We were then able to take home samples to look at in the space to ensure the colors were correct. Daniel showed up on time and measured our place and provided us with a quote within the time he told us he would. Daniel kept us informed throughout the whole process of when the carpet was coming in to when the installation team would contact us and everything was done on time. When Mario showed up for the installation with his team they were right on time and did an exemplary job. I honestly would recommend Floor Source to anyone looking into having their flooring done. Thank you again for the amazing Customer Service. So appreciated these days!
Floor Source did an amazing job with our home! We worked with Tim, who made several visits to our home and brought several samples and provided the consultation we needed to get comfortable and also provided great recommendations! It was large project with a lot of square feet, removing old saltillo, wood, and carpet. Once we agreed on the wood flooring, Bailey did a great job coordinating the project - awesome communication! Alberto and his team of installer were nothing but professional! They were clean, detailed oriented, and great to work with. Overall we were extremely pleased and satisfied! So glad we picked Floor Source!
My wife and I visited Floor Source for the first time and was greeted by Lance. Our experience with Lance was professional and personable. We ordered carpet after taking home some samples. Mario the installer was very polite and professional. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up his mess when he was all done. We will definitely be back.
Floor Source replace the flooring in three bedrooms about 2 years ago. The results were exceptional. Now it was time to replace the flooring in the remainder of the house: Hallway, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Laundry and Game room.Daniel came out, took all the measurements, placed the order for materials and set up a time for the tile removal and laminate flooring installation.Louis and his two sons took care of virtually everything from tile removal to installation. Louis and his sons were very friendly, dedicated, diligent and precise. We were taken back by the remarkable quality and results, plus, they worked around us and our cats during the week long project.It was obvious that everyone involved took pride in their work and to make sure we were happy with the final result.We are extremely pleased with Floor Source and would recommend their business to friends and family!
Daniel Scozzari (Residential & Commercial Sales), from “Floor Source LLC in Scottsdale worked with us to pick out the perfect Carpet for our needs. He came out to our house so that I could see which color would be best with our furniture… I also wanted something that was darker so that dirt doesn’t show as much. I also wanted a good durable carpeting… that would last a long time…Flavio, who was the head guy on the job. He kept everything flowing seamlessly. We have a 4500 sq house and it only took them 1 day to complete… They moved out all of the Furniture in each of the rooms. I would highly recommend Floor Source for carpeting. Added photos in a few of the rooms…. 6 total rooms were done…
