I had a bad experience with the bartonsville/tannerville branch a while back. But because I loved the products from giant flooring, im so happy I have them a second chance, this time the one in Dickson city/Scranton area i went to. Kevin is so nice and really helped me out. Everything was within budget and im already ready to redo my whole downstairs haha ??. I love my new floors.To the two gentlemen who did the install. Thank you so much ?? I didn't catch their names, but they were so polite. Not rude and did a professional, efficient job. I love the results ??My dog also loves the floor too. Excuse him in the photos. The ugly green carpet was the before product.

Great installation by Marlon and his colleague! Adam at Giant Floor was super easy to work with. I went into the store last week and had a runner installed quickly! The crew was quick, professional, cleanly, and made sure I was happy with everything before the left. I definitely recommend!
Billy the driver, and Erik and Martin the installation crew, were absolutely wonderful. They delivered to our house in a timely manner, installed the new carpet with ease and efficiency, and were very helpful and polite about any questions we had. They were extremely professional and very polite. Stellar service and wonderful employees! These guys are the best! Also, Adam was a wonderful help as well, when choosing a carpet, measuring the space and consulting about what was best for us.
From sales to install, Giant Flooring off the Morgan Highway are amazing. Adam was amazing and easy to communicate with, and understood our wants and needs.The install were outstanding. They stayed for 12 hours to ensure the work still got done in one day though they ran into issues (thanks to previous home owner). We couldn't be happier with the incredible transformation tht took place.
