The crew did a top notch job installing my new kitchen floor today. But, more than that even, there was a previous issue and T&H stood behind their work and made it right. Anything can happen, but it is professionals that stand behind their work. 5 stars. I’ll be using them again.
We are extremely happy with our new carpeting. Ken is very knowledgeable and was helped us select carpet that was jut what we wanted.The installers were great. They did a beautiful job, put the furniture back in place and cleaned up.You can’t go wrong shopping at T and H floor store.
We have worked with T&H Floor Store and Ken many times over the past 10 years from tile work to hardwood floors through our house to just yesterday having carpet installed on our basement stairs . Each time the installers were season professionals who know their craft and did superior work . We were pleased with every job T & H did for us. Ken, Quinton and Joan are very friendly and helpful . They take the time to discuss your project and will always give you the lowest price . Ken had always worked with us to get our projects completed quickly and personally answered our calls. I highly recommend T&H for all your flooring needs . I wouldn’t go anyplace else .
Ken is absolutely wonderful. He’s so kind and knowledgeable. He worked with us to make sure we understood all the options we might like to use for our floors. We got an engineered hardwood in 5” planks that had to match other railing colors right by it. Not only did they match it perfectly, but Sam and his installation partner went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great with the installation. I highly highly recommend T&H floor store. Also—their prices were way better than Giant Floor. When we went to Giant the customer experience wasn’t great and everything we were shown was wildly overpriced. T&H FOR THE WIN!
While the owner seems genuinely nice by phone he doesn’t stand by his contractors work. I had T&H lay carpet throughout my upstairs and down my foyer stairs. 2 different contractors were sent to lay the carpet. The first was great. The second left marks on my woodwork and a giant eye sore of a seam right on my stair landing in my entryway. The owner came up and looked at it and agreed it should be fixed. That was more than 8 months ago!!I also had them recolor my kitchen grout. The first contractor was all over the place - didn’t show up all the time - on top of that T&H took it upon themselves to “color match” the original grout color I picked so they could order from another vendor. In the end my grout was bone white instead of beige (biscuit). Looked awful plus the contractor left me to clean the grout color off my tiles and chip away the grout excess and mess that he left on my woodwork. He also cut into my hardwood and left deep gashes which he filled with grout! Had to reorder color. Waited months for it to come in. New contractor came and pointed out that the grout color was now dark grey. So we stopped the project. The owner sent me a text that he won’t be continuing with my project - leaving me with 2 grout colors on my tile floor, carved up hardwood, and a giant seam in my carpet. He won’t return texts or calls. Complete lack of professionalism and failure to deliver and correct mistakes.
